Welcome to Vietnam, a beautiful country in South East Asia. Meet up our representative at the airport. Then pick you up to the hotel, check in (Check in time: 14h00) and free time for relaxing.

Have breakfast at your hotel, then waiting for our tour guide at lobby for city tour.

We depart to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

Then visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the God of Mercy – It is the most unique pagoda in the world

- Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

Then we visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam (Special Note: we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays)

Have lunch at the local restaurant.

Afternoon, we visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11^th century. Then we leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton”.

Then we back to the hotel around 16h00 – 16h30. Tour ends.

Have breakfast at the hotel and then free time shopping or walking around the city. Then time at your leisure until transfer to the International Airport for departure. Goodbye Vietnam.

• Other Meals like Indian food or other foods, should be charged with extra cost. Please inform us and we will quote. If you want to change LUNCH to DINNER please pay for extra cost of transportation (Apply for Private tour only)

• Tipping fee is for driver 1/3 and for tour guide 2/3. Please give for guide, driver directly.
• VISA charges if required need to pay extra cost: E-visa 35 usd/pax (Please give 1 photo 4*6 with white background & Passport Page).
• Clients must check if their countries need to do visa to enter Vietnam or not, we will not have any responsibilities if they can’t enter into Vietnam because of without visa.

• Early check in, check out are not guaranteed & subject to extra charge.
• Extra charges, personal expenses drinks, souvenirs, laundry, mini-bar in hotel, etc.

NOTE FOR JOIN TOUR (SIC TOUR):

 If you book for JOIN TOUR, please be ON TIME at the lobby of the hotel to meet up our tour guide, the guide will wait for 5 minutes. After that time please take taxi to the sight seeing point and pay by yourself. Please understand because there are many other members in the group. (Private tour please following up specific time with the operator and should not be late)

CHILDREN’S POLICY:

• Children under 1-4 years old free of charge, any tickets if need pay please pay for them.
• Children from 5- 8 years old and sharing same room with parents is charged for 75%.
• Children 9 years old with extra bed and sharing same room with parents is charged for 85% tour adult.
• Children from 10 years old up must pay as an adult and have an extra bed.

SURCHARGE FOR PEAK SEASONS: Please mention if date as below:

• Christmas: 24 Dec
• New Year: 31 Dec and 1 Jan
• Chinese New Year: 23 Jan to 28 Jan
• Reunification Day & Labor Day: 30 Apr and 1 May
• National Independence Day: 1 Sept

TRAVEL GROUP POLICIES:

• After confirmation with Travel Invoice, please pay the deposit of 50% tour price per pax, the balance can pay upon 15 days before departure.
• Cancellation after deposit payment will be charged 50% tour price;
• Cancellation during 60 days before departure will be charged 50% tour price.
• Cancellation during 15 days before departure will be charged 100% tour price.
• Method of payment: We use ONEPAY with 3% charge fee. We will send you Travel Invoice and Payment Link (Apply for Visa card, Master card,…) Or you can transfer to Western Union; USD Account;… All payment should be confirmed via mail by Sales staff.
